A Toolkit for New Superintendents

90 Days to Success We are happy to announce that the 90-Days-to-Success Toolkit has been completed and distributed to Michigan’s new superintendents.

Like most states, Michigan has recently experienced a bumper crop of school leaders who are brand new to the superintendency. In order to meet their needs, we have developed this “quick-start” resource, which captures “must-have” advice that superintendents need during their first 90 days on the job.

The toolkit contains two “quick start” products:

  • A two CD set capturing short audio essays and panel discussions by experienced superintendents
  • A tear-off daily calendar featuring “just-in-time” tips, quotes, and resources offered up by recently new superintendents and others.

Although developed in Michigan, the interviews and tips have universal and timeless appeal. The information in this toolkit can be relevant from Washington to Florida and anywhere in between.

We invite you to share this resource with your association’s newer members.

Options for participation, with some suggested pricing*:

1. Direct purchase:

  • Single copy $35 each set (includes delivery)
  • Bulk orders (25+) $30 each set + delivery

Order the information as it exists and distribute to your new superintendents.

2. Customized products: $200-550 set-up
