Before joining MASA as Executive Director in 2005, William served as a superintendent for more than 17 years at both the local and ISD levels. His most recent position was superintendent for Huron ISD in Michigan’s “thumb.” William is committed to developing leadership and unity within our membership, and to finding new ways to support school administrators in their critical role of helping students succeed.

is the legislative liaison for the Association. He follows
legislation related to education issues, both policy
and fiscal, and conveys the position of MASA on specific
bills to the legislature. Brad also serves as a resource
for superintendents to ascertain how a particular piece
of legislation is expected to be implemented or how
it will impact the district.

media systems to support MASA members. She serves as

School Public Relations Association (MSPRA).

and MSPRA.

and for Michigan
ASCD.
