Registration Process and Confirmation:
Exhibitors must be MASA business affiliates or sponsors in good standing for the 2007-08 membership cycle to be eligible for exhibit space at the 2008 Fall Conference. Membership is constituted by dues paid in full as either a Sponsor or Business Affiliate of MASA.

Exhibit applications will be accepted in order of 2007-08 membership level. Highest priority will be given to Sponsors of the Leadership level, followed by Platinum, Gold, then Silver, and finally, Business Affiliates.

A signed Membership Commitment form (also part of the exhibit registration form) will serve as a good faith agreement between MASA and signatory organization until membership/renewal invoices can be distributed by MASA for the 2007-08 member cycle.

Payments for the exhibit space will not be processed by MASA until exhibit space agreement has been confirmed between MASA and the applicant organization.

For questions regarding status of membership, sponsor level, or exhibit application, please contact Sue White at 517.327.9266 or swhite@gomasa.org.

Show Rules:

  • Exhibitors must be a 2007-08 Business Member or a Sponsor of MASA to be eligible to lease space. Renewal invoices will not be available until May but a signed Membership Commitment form (part of the exhibit registration form) will satisfy this requirement until payment is received.
  • Exhibitors receive one complimentary registration per booth (in addition to any complimentary registrations associated with Sponsorship). Exhibitors are required to designate this complimentary registrant and submit a list of additional exhibit staff who will be allowed to attend exhibit functions only (see above for Additional Attendees policy).
  • Installation of exhibits will take place from 8:00am to 10:30am on September 26.
  • Removal of all exhibits on September 27 will begin at 12 noon and concludes no later than 4:30pm. All exhibits must be packed by 5:30pm on Thursday, September 27. All related materials shall be removed from the exhibit hall at this time. MASA will charge for removal of any materials left on the show floor.
  • No refunds will be provided for cancellation of exhibit space once a registration form is signed unless MASA is able to resell the space.
