NSPRA, along with AASA and Connect-ED, is offering The Connect-ED Leadership Through Communication Award. It honors those who recognize that communication is a critical component of leadership and exhibit an ongoing commitment to incorporating communication into their strategic thinking and their daily operations.

The award recognizes the leadership of outstanding superintendents and public relations/communications professionals who, along with their teams, improve communication within their school systems and communities. One winning U.S. school district will be chosen.

A $10,000 donation will go to the winning school district's scholarship fund, to be awarded to a student or students majoring in communications.
