Title I comparability application should be available

The Title I Comparability Application was expected to go live in the Michigan Electronic Grant System (MEGS) on November 1, 2006. For the first time, districts will be able to import staff information from the Registry of Educational Personnel (REP) to pre-populate some of the data entry fields in this application. This should simplify the application process and result in more accurate comparability determinations.

Only districts that have grade spans that contain more than one school and at least one Title I school are required to complete the Title I Comparability Application. There are approximately 200 districts in the state that meet this criterion.
