Clinton Township firm helps schools use technology to check for sleeping children

Clinton Township-based Midnight Holdings Group Inc. has entered into a new agreement with Boston-based InstallerNet to assist in equipping school buses with an electronic safety device designed to remind drivers to check for sleeping children.

Midnight Holdings services both individuals and fleet owner-operators through its subsidiaries All Night Auto and All Night Lube, which perform automotive and truck services at night, when the trucks aren't rolling.

InstallerNet, meanwhile, manages the largest installation network in the country, and performs installation for retailers such as Costco, Radio Shack and Wal-Mart, as well as major brands such as Motorola and Sony.
