Bill Cecil has a goal: to reach as many educators as possible with a positive, uplifting message of hope and determination that we can, and will, meet the many challenges we currently face in education. This message was well received when he was Michigan Teacher of the Year in 2003-2004 and is still is in high demand four years later.  

Michigan Institute for Educational Management (MIEM) has partnered with Bill to continue sharing this powerful message with educators by filming his presentation and making it available at no cost for anyone to view and share with others. 

Bill has released the presentation to over Michigan 400 superintendents to share with their teachers and staff. The presentation includes six segments that can be downloaded and viewed all at once or throughout the year.
