MASA's Conference Planning Committee has long been active working on plans for the upcoming 2009 Midwinter Conference in Kalamazoo this January 28-30. While the details are falling into place, below is a snapshot of some of what we have in store for you in what we are calling our "Peer-to-Peer Sharecase." This "sharecase" format aims at highlighting strategies, research, programs, and models fielded by your colleagues throughout the state. In addition to this gallery of peer work, you will also have the opportunity to hear from other experts on a number issues that will improve your role back in the district.
This year's agenda includes:
Brian McNulty - Keynote address
Poster Peer Sharing The Poster Session will take place on Wednesday, January 28, from 3:00pm-4:00pm. During that time, attendees will be directed to the Poster Sharecase Gallery and will flow from one station to the next at their own pace. This gallery will highlight work being done in districts sharing descriptions of programs and initiatives, major findings, challenges, questions still to explore, summaries, resources, and contact information for administrators involved. Get a snapshot of these innovative projects brought right to you as part of your conference experience.
