The Michigan Association of Community & Adult Education (MACAE) has teamed up with the Governor’s Office, Legislative Education Policy Leadership, the Michigan Department of Education (MDE), and Learning Point Associates  to present a powerful, practical one-day institute for Alternative Education program directors, principals and teachers, district and ISD superintendents, school board members, dropout prevention community groups, and public policy leaders and staff.

MACAE, along with others, has been working with the MDE over the past year as part of an Alternative Ed Work Group. Learn firsthand about some exciting changes taking place for the next school year that should be very helpful to students, teachers and school districts as they help struggling students meet the high school graduation requirements.
