The 2009 Michigan Integrated Technology Supports (MITS) Summer Institute will be held this month (June 22-23) at the Hagerty Center on the campus of Northwestern Michigan College in Traverse City. Cost of the two-day event is just $35.
 
Register online! The registration deadline is June 12.
The institute features a variety of sessions including Universal design for learning (UDL), assistive technology (AT), augmentative and alternative communication (AAC), and accessible instructional materials (AIM) focused on improving access and achievement.
Attendees will have an option of selecting one of three general sessions to attend on Mon., June 22. On Tuesday, participants will be able to attend any of the offered sessions.
